Education for Life India invites you to celebrate
INDIA’S CHILDREN’S DAY on the 14th, extending it through
WORLD CHILDREN’S DAY on the 20th!
Here are our ‘CHILDREN’S WEEK’ festivities and fun (ONLINE):
THURSDAY 14 Nov., 6:30–7:30 pm
Join Ananda Pune’s weekly Bhagavad Gita satsang as EFL co-founder Nayaswami Nitai leads us in exploring some of the Gita’s insights on the value of children and childlikeness — a theme that will also be reflected on in the music.

FRIDAY 15 Nov. onward
Using a special songbook that will be made available online that week with the words to all of Swamiji’s children’s songs, plus a musical leaders’ guide with links to websites with recordings of the songs being sung by community members, you and your younger ones can sing along and learn new songs (not only during Children’s Week!).
SATURDAY 16 Nov., 10:30 am-12:30 pm
EFL India’s amazing artist Sangeeta Laishram will engage children 10 and up in a free art workshop as they work with any art medium of their choice to depict themselves using one of their many gifts when they grow up to help others. The children will first think about the meaning of ‘gifts’— such as writing, helping others arrive at decisions or end conflicts, photography, doing seva, entertaining, and coming up with ideas. They can continue with their art even after the workshop and post finished pictures online for all to see and enjoy. To register for the workshop, please use this link
